Ignore my title. It's a no link thing to my post.
Anyway, during these three days, I've managed to complete many physical goals that I've set for myself.

Basically the Napfa items, like sit ups that can be tested with my sister's help.
Sit-and-Reach has never been a problem for me. Short legs, long arms.

What can you expect more?

Pull Up, I think I can atleast have a 10? But my former records were all like 15 etc. Serious!


Now, shuttle run, hopefully I can get my ass up fast after reaching for the object on the floor. Standing Broad Jump and 2.4 = Fatal! ):

For jump, I jump here, jump there at home, still maximum 140cm. (I used rulers to measure)
2.4km, after the jogging with Hweeting yesterday, I'M SPEECHLESS.

Then, I went to google earlier on, on How to improve standing broad jump.
And, there's many answers such as,
Look far, swing your arms high and fly! -I always used this, and I always fail. Shut Up.
Practice frog jumps! -I'll try!
Do vertical jumps! - Sounds good.
Most adorable and effective method, (I think)
just think u are a chicken... "1, 2, 3! I can fly !!! I can fly!!!"
-Yeah, I CAN FLY! I CAN FLY!! ==

Then one more like, jump the staircase, step by step. -I think this works the best. (:

I don't know whether will you read this. But, I just want to say that, you've been a great guy. Despite your-always-filled-with-red-(X)s-papers, the unideal academic results, which somehow cause you to have many negative pressures from people around you. But, you're good at what you're good at! Your dancing/rapping/dj those stuffs that (I think) B-boys does! And, you shines in that! Keep up with that passion and one day, maybe you can be (my) Show Luo. :D
